This is my favorite U.S. city! I love everything about Seattle, except the price of homes there of course. There is so much to do! Beautiful plant life, friendly people. Puget sound, lake washington, downtown, pike place market, Queen Anne Hill, Capitol Hill, Space Needle, Music experiment. etc. etc.

Seattle is where I discovered some of the best micro-brews in the US including Red Hook and Pyramid. I always try to "drink local" no matter where I am in the world and anytime that is Seattle, it is particularly easy to do.

Become a startrekker in the Science Museum!

Seattle is a great city! I would recommend exploring Pike Place Market! Also check out the Space Needle and the Experience Music Project museum!

What a beautiful island. This is an isolated place that can only be reached by ferry. We found the people to be great and the views incredible. You WILL find higher prices on everything here, especially gas.

Check out bellingham in the fall; the trees are beautiful, and the apples are crisp!

Long Beach is a great place for fresh oysters!
