the best was to travel in seattle is to rid the bus. the bus system connects easily with all neighboring cities and counties.

and, hey, if you're just staying in the city, why not rent a bike. seattle has a plethora of bike trails, and bike safe roadways.

Be sure to bring a very large roadmap.  The streets in this city are so disorganized.  It was built before there was a modern highway system, so whole plots of land were torn up and the highway was laid over them.  Now you have random strips ending here at the highway, and then you go through the underpass and the same street picks up again half a mile away!  It's crazy!

Seattle traffic is about as bad on the weekends as it is during the weekends. Plan accordingly! Oh, and many of the exits seem to be on the left side of the road.

Bring your American dolllar! If you go Seattle on weekend, be prepared because they will not accept Canadian dollar or any money except American dollar. Although, they have ATM machine but it's less i saw.Transportation?hmm...you have to have car or they have metro rail. I had bad experience with locals. They were snobbish and rude but they have good people too =)

Great place to go! You'll have fun. Lots of sights to see.

Park somewhere and walk everywhere

The Space Needle is awesome. But. I enjoyed myself sooo much at Pike's Pier! A must if you go to Seattle! The fabulous little shops, the wonderful atmosphere, and friendly locals! Seattle is a place I could live!!!!!

Weather is very Humid, but the scenery is gorgeous! Worth Going!
