En Merida se encuentra el teleferico el mas alto del mundo! En la ultima etapa no ves casi nada, a veces las nubes pero como la altura es muy grande no te sientes muy bien. Cuidado no hay que correr, todo muy despacio... Si algo occure te ponen oxygeno y hay que bajar.

Go hiking in the nearby mountains, it's really fun. Also, if you have a chance to go to the small mountain village of La Puerta, do it, it's really quaint and not touristy.

Si viajan a Merida en temporada alta, y desean subir al teleférico mas largo y alto del mundo, hagan reservaciones una o 2 semanas antes de ir... puesto que si no, tendrán la desagradable noticia de que no hay boletos porque ya estan todos comprados.

i know that in merida there are a hundred things to do, but if i could choose one, i would do the canyoning again. quad-tours are in my opinion pretty boring. and if you have the time spend one day in the hot springs, you can got here by your own with public transport! have fun!
