James's Bio
James Lowen has spent several years working in South America as a wildlife writer, photographer and guide. His wildlife and landscape photographs have appeared in numerous books, magazines, newspapers, brochures, exhibitions and websites worldwide - and his wedding shoots have included Argentina's first female civil partnership and nuptial celebrations in Antarctica! James's image bank can be seen here. His photos also appear in abundance in his first book for Bradt Travel Guides - Pantanal wildlife: a visitor's guide to Brazil's great wetland - which was published earlier this year. James's images will also illustrate his forthcoming visitor's guide to Antarctica (to be published in October) and, next year, his photographic field guide to the birds of Argentina, Chile and Uruguay.
