if you ever wandered near Tarlac, dont forget to drop by a food place "Isdaan". Please do try their crispy Tilapia and the Tacsiapo wall. That is if you are really mad at the world or getting depressed lately. Throwing things on the wall really do help relieve the tension and stress that you might be feeling. You'll also get some kick on posing together with human like statues scattered around the restaurant (oh its a floating restaurant by the way) like former President Joseph Estrada or even the security guard. Aside from the sumptous food (with reasonable price tag), you will enjoy feeding the Koi fish there, just make sure to ask the friendly assistants for the fish food as it comes free.
