With a cup of Caipirinha in hand, sit on the sand and watch the surfers slowly return back to shore. People flock to the rocks to get better snapshots of the sun setting beautifully.

Located strategically at the street junction, I love the vibe especially when the weekly Sunday Market is on. Street vendors, performers (that includes street Tango breaking out at random times!) all around.. Definitely a nice spot to chill with a cup of coffee or glass of wine, and people watch, be it solo or with good company.
