Page 1 of 10 My Reviews![]() Grecia, Central Valley & Highlands, Costa Rica ![]() Added Sep 10, 2011 This town is most interesting mainly due to its unique metal church, which is a deep dark red color. The Cathedral de la Mercedes is a gothic style church made from metal pieces that were imported from Belgium in the 1890’s. This church is as beautiful from the inside as it is impressive from the outside. Besides the church, the Grecia Regional Museum is also worth a visit as well. North of central park is an insect and butterfly museum, which is home to over 50,000 different insects and butterflies. ![]() Ocho Rios, Middlesex (Central Jamaica), Jamaica ![]() Added Sep 10, 2011 An awesome waterfall over 700 feet tall that empties directly into the ocean. You can hike up the falls themselves (due to a sort of shelving effect of the rock) or take the staired and terraced path that runs along side the falls. Between the water, trees, and plants, it's like being transported to a different world. ![]() Mexico, Northwest Mexico, Mexico ![]() Added Sep 10, 2011 The city itself is beautiful. However, the street vendors are really aggressive. I've never seen anything like it in Mexico. Along with that comes the high potential for thieves and cons. It can be a good city for shopping, but hire yourself a guide/guard (recommended by a trusted source) for the expedition. They'll drive you as well as keep an eye out for you and keep the street urchins away from you. ![]() Acapulco de Juarez, Central Pacific Coast, Mexico ![]() Added Sep 10, 2011 It was a great experience! The 360 degree spins just keeps your adrenaline rushing. We had a blast. The drivers are very skilled and the experience is unforgettable. Really thrilling ride down the shotover river, going about 80kph. The drivers are really skilled, and you don't hit the rocks, etc. on either side of the river - but he takes you really close. You leave the boat feeling a bit wet, and very energized. Loved it. ![]() Mazatan, Northwest Mexico, Mexico ![]() Added Sep 10, 2011 If you want to dance on tables, this is the place for you.
