This modern style restaurant is situated on the Ile de Nantes and overlooks the old part of the city. The decor is black and white and very swish but we were bemused by the life size plastic horse next to the bar. The service at lunchtime was relaxed but good. The presentation of the food was very creative and the preparation of the steak tartare by the table was a pleasure to watch. We drank a local Muscadet wine with lunch and turned down the ice cream dessert in favour of the fresh strawberries and cream. During the daytime the quayside looked lovely but at night when the rings are lit up it must surely be spectacular.
