Haven't been there for quite a while (since 1990). However, as I remember it, this is a fun place, filled with young people. Great for making new friends! Nice, small gravel beach (I find sand too messy). Clean water to swim in, usually calm seas.

One of the coolest places I have seen in Cuba. Most popular pre-revolution hotel, visited by movie stars, musicians, gangsters and other celebrities. Kept a lot of its old charm. Feels like a time machine. If you are ever in Havana, do not miss it. At least go for a Mojito in the garden!
