Here's a place to go to when every other attraction in Istanbul seems to have become a commercial tourist attraction.  Blue Mosque is overrated as a tourist attraction, not to mention, ridiculous amounts of people try to see the mosque every day.  I'm talking lineups nearly a kilometer long and 10 people wide.   And when you get inside, it does not live up to the hype.  Grand Bazaar, kind of like a shopping mall now.  Basilica Cisterns, ok, unique, but in 5 minutes you've seen it all. Hippodrome, in 2 minutes.  Topkapi, not bad, but not worth the price of admission.  This brings us back to the spice bazaar.  Just seeing all the spices piled high, smelling the delicious amazing smells is an experience in itself.  Well worth a visit for a person with a cultured and exotic palate.

This is a very impressive church.  I'm not easily impressed, but standing in front of these imposing towers with a beautiful blie sky (rare for London) made for some amazing views.  You really need to see it in person to grasp its awesomeness.

Stunning architecture in this building, great story behind it, well worth the 8 bucks to do a tour.  Great views from the 18th floor of the tower.

Melbourne is a vibrant city with some very cool architecture.  One of the cool places is the Flinders Station, for old style architecture.  Federation Square is pretty awesome too.

Incredible, about the 3rd best zoo in the World.  Number one would be the Australia Zoo in Brisbane.  But anyway, the night safari is fun, but better with night vision goggles if you get my drift.

Interesting to look at, way too expensive to eat at, fun to climb, but once you've seen it and got the picture, not much more to it.
