Great deck for out-door dining, so-so service, good prices

Telegraph Avenue is a main street from Oakland to the south side of the University of California,  Berkeley.   In the few blocks south of the campus there are many restaurant, shops and street vendors.  It's a fun area to stroll along and people watch.  A couple of my favorite restaurants are Blakes on Telegraph (used to be Larry Blake's) and Cafe Intermezzo, which has huge salads and sandwiches.
