Before I went to Bangkok many people told me to be careful because you might find insects in the hotel room or god knows what.  All I can say is that this hotel is cheap, spotless and everyone is really helpful.  The boss is British so eventhough you might have some communication problems with the Thai workers, he's always there and he's really helpful.  The hotel is not in the centre of Bangkok, so it's not noisy but the Sky Train Station is only 5mins walk away.
