This was fun resort, I usually don't like all-inclusive places so this place was at a disadvantage from the beginning.
Having locals shout "hey whitie want your hair braided?" from behind a chain link fence at me while I was at the pool probably also has something to do with that rating.
What I did like was the open bars, Red Stripe Light! the bartenders. Food was good - it always looked really good and sometimes came through. My wife remembers the Hammocks; her words "romantic". The beach is awesome the whole length is protected by a barrier reef about 100m out. They have little sail boats you can take out, after a few days there this was what we and the Blaich's mainly did, a couple of times we got waived back in to shore because we were out too long.
Skip the "shopping" tours other than T-shirts you won't find any deals, though our driver did ask me if I wanted to buy some of the local grown ----. I wasn't interested, of course.

Snowbird is a great place to ski. I've been to many of the resorts in Utah and they are all really good, I have to rate snowbird the best. Though Solitude has the best cozy village.

Boulder has this awesome running trail next to the creek that goes right into the Canyon. I got up an ran every single morning and after work every night while I was there.
