In between the hords of tourists this is a loverly little town. Nothing to do more than getting the southern atmosphere, eta a bit, sleep a bit, look around in low end market sopping malls - I just love it!

Away from the worst of the tourist trap - if possible on this island

A generally good Issan feeling, not poor, not rich, rural city

Well, a small zoo and park with playground for the kids. worthwhile if you are in the area

Don't know today but it was a crispy white fine coral sand beach with a reef starting just a 10-30 m from land. Perfect for a lazy snorkelling.
