Oldest two parts of Zagreb, Gradec and Kaptol, united in Gornji Grad (eng. Upper Town), situated north of the city centre. You can enter it through Kamenita vrata (Stone door), which are also Virgin Mary's sanctuary. Go to see the building of Croatian Parliament, church of Saint Marco with colourful roof and lots of museums. If you go to Lotršćak tower, you will get a beutiful view over the city. Take a walk on Strossmayerovo šetalište and rest on a bench together with sculpture of croatian writer Antun Gustav Matoš.
