Borobudur is considered as one of the best temples below the equator. However, place is too small for number of tourist and so overcrowded. you really do not get the chance to "feel" the place. We were there during the day, so vast majority of the visitors were Indonesian. European and specially blond ones were for them bigger attraction as temple. They always ask us for photos, we you really not enjoy the temple very much. (if someone like to feel like celebrity - increase number of stars in my evaluation from two to five). We also miss some information in English about the temple.

Great White Sand Beaches, good swimming and shorkelling, Very Local Environment, few foreign tourists, mostly homestay, but a Little Time Consuming To Get There. worth to visit surrounding islands, not only main island.
