Book a helicopterflight over Mount Cook, Fox and Franz Josef Glacier and eat your hart out! There is no better view then this. Especially when stopping at the neve!

It's a nice place. It's clean, good location, nice spacious rooms with lockers in the single rooms. Good showers. 2 computers with internet nice common area. The kitchen is tiny, but you really don't need that as there is a great place next doors for indian food and a long road with restaurants only 5 minutes (by scooter) away.

Just stay away from Zackry, the owner. He drinks a lot and when drunk not very nice!!!

From this place you can take the ferry to Langkawi. It takes a lot less time then taking the ferry from penang.

Cape trib is a great place to go from Port Douglas. Hire a rental car with a few people and plan a day trip. If the rental company tells you not to go offroad with a Daihatsu Cuore (a shoppingmall trolley with a roof above it). Don't by it! Ours survived real well!

I'm not that into zoo's. Animals living in cages which are to small.

But zoo wise it is a nice zoo in the middle of town.

It's a great place to visit and easy to reach by Tuk Tuk. Just be careful they will tell you it is closed at the moment or they're is a conference etc. Don't buy it!!! They just want to tour you around several shops so they get they're petrol paid or even get a commission when you buy something!

Wear long sleeves and pants. Your shoulders and ankles need to be covered. Don't forget your camera, it's one big kodak moment!

Home away from home!

Cute little town. From here you can catch the ferry to Paihia.
Nice buildings. There is a lookout too, but the road up there is quit steep. Have lunch here, they've got some nice stuff.

The Mount!!! The beach is fab, the mainraod has great terraces and the hike up the mount is brilliant! Great place to go surfing.

I spend about a week there, but probably could have stayed a lot longer!!!

Paradise on earth!!!! I was speechless when I got to the viewpoint!

To bad for the sandflies on the beach and the sealice in the water. But still more then worth it.

Fraser Island is brilliant! The camping wicked, the driving allright.

Most fantastic is to keep changing the 4-wheel drive from others to 2-wheel drive by switching there hub. So cool to see others get bogged!!! Great game!

Great place for diving. Saw at one dive 30 turtles!!!!

Not as good as Sulawesi, but still a great place. We saw whales from the boat on our way to Sipadan! Saw my first leopardshark here.

Good place to get your divinglicence cheap and quick. Don't expect to see anything though. Stay at Bungalow Bay Koala Village.

Great place (good location) where you can have dinner with the possums!! Nice cabins and restaurant too.

Everybody will tell you that they died about three times during the crossing. Well most people do. When your fit you'll be doing it in about 6-7 hours if not it will take you about 8-9 hours.

The devil's staircase is a bitch, but you'll get there!!! The haven't called it Mount Doom in Lord of the Rings without a reason!?!

It is well worth the trip and after finishing it you'll be so proud of yourself. I would do it again if I had the change!

If you get there early you might find the beach empty. If lucky there'll be dingos wondering around. Watch the drop off!!! It gets deep all of a sudden.

Close to Mount Maunganui. Tauranga itself is ok. Good internetcafes but if you want to stay in a relaxed place... go to the mount itself!

A must see when you do the east coast! Do an overnight trip and make sure you see Whitehaven beach. If you thought there is no paradise on earth, wait till you see this!

Check out the companies first though. Ask around... a lot of companies have dodgy boats!

Brilliant people and well taken care off horses!! They're into racing aswell. On of the horses, Arsenal, is the champion of the stable!!! Great surroundings.

Great place, cheap food and brilliant night out. It's crowded though most of the time!

This elderly couple (he is from origin Dutch) are extremely friendly. This place really is home away from home!

It's clean, spacious, has parkingspaces, nice bathrooms, good beds.

No garantee to see a whale but we've seen 5 on one trip!!!

Loads of dusky dolphins around, NZ fur seals and  heaps of birds!

Ate there everyday during my stay in Tanah Rata.

It's brilliant. If you stay at oncle bob's I think the name was, you can book a tour there. The guy is pure quality and can tell you heaps about nature, the tea proces etc.

You will have gorgious views!

Great town to spend the night on your way to or from Sydney from/to SA and Vic.

Beautiful and peaceful place.

But in the end Christchurch will always be a city. I prefer the smaller towns.

Waking up by a trompeting elephant is just unforgetable!

Forget about the unpersonal and expensive places. Go lowbudget and enjoy the local life.
