The historic Świerklaniec landscape park used to contain an impressive Baroque palatial complex in extensive gardens: comprising an 'Old castle' palace, the grand Donnersmarck Palace known as 'Little Versailles,' and the Dom Kawalera Palace. The first two were destroyed by the Russian Red Army in WW II, with only the small but elegant Kawalera Palace surviving.

The Bochnia Salt Mine (Polish: kopalnia soli w Bochni) in Bochnia (en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bochnia" title="Bochnia), Poland is one of the oldest salt mines in the world and the oldest one in Poland and Europe. The mine was established between the 12th and 13th centuries after salt was discovered in Bochnia. The mine was closed some time after World War I. In 1981 it was declared a monument.

Ogrodzieniec Castle - the ruins of a medieval castle is in the Cracow-Czestochowa Jura built in the XIV-XV century by the family of Włodkow Sulimczykow and later rebuilt. The castle is situated on the highest hill Cracow-Czestochowa Upland - Mount Castle rising to 515.5 m asl The ruins lie on the Trail eagles nest, are made available to the public.

ST. Peter in the Vatican (incl. San Pietro in Vaticano) was built between 1506-1626 Roman Catholic basilica in the square of St.. Peter in the Vatican. This is the second-largest church in the world (area: 23.000 m²) and one of the most important holy places of Christianity. According to tradition takes the place of crucifixion and burial of St.. Peter, considered the first pope - his tomb is located under the main altar. In the basement of the basilica, and there are also tombs of other popes.
